How to Throw an Italian Tuscan Style Dinner
There are two things I constantly brag about:
- My cat Puffin
- My experience studying abroad in Florence, Italy for two months.
It was in 2013 I received a full scholarship to study abroad in Florence, Italy and since then it has been the reason for my love to travel. While studying abroad I took two liberal arts classes in which one of them was a cooking course. In this class, we learned how to make pasta from scratch, tomato sauce, how to taste and differentiate olive oils and cook delicacies.
I don’t ever talk about cooking because I'm a sucker for take-out and going out to eat, but when it's time to throw down in the kitchen I get excited. Lately, I have been thinking of new ways to diversify my blog and thought of a different way to share my interest and hidden talents with you guys so I decided to do a “How to..” (in my best ability)
